Looks like my son may have lost the engine in my old cobalt ss. We won't know for sure until he pulls the cam covers but from his description it sounds like the chain or tensioner let go and some valves got smacked. Since it has 250,000km and is still on the original clutch i thought would check on here to see if anyone is parting out a ss supercharged.
He doesn't have much time because my Solstice gxp will need the space it's in by mid October
