I got a contact for a dealership in Toronto that would honor the price I was given. So since I have to be in that neck of the woods I am going to pay them a visit and perhaps I could be in a new SS/SC soon for the next meet!!
I hope I can get an Arrival Blue one but if not I guess I have to settle for Red with the recaro package.
Keep your fingers crossed!

Good Work Fidget, don't take less than 3 grand for your car, I got 2750 from the dealer for my old z24 when I traded it in, and it had a dead tranny, and a giant dent in the side. It was a 98 with about 160 k on it

I was in for tonight meet, but if it is only going to be the 2 of us, then it is probably not a good idea. I'm out for the 9th, at the cottage.
Should we maybe setup a different day then Tues?

alright destructo it looks like it would just be the two of us, and as much as I'd like to get together and make rampant cobalt love I think a two car meet would be lame. Maybe next week.

Alright I was just talking to a few buds and we are thinking about hitting up grand bend motorplex on friday night (this friday the 7th) if anybody is interested let me know and maybe we can convoy it up, and slowest ET buys a round afterwards

Not even 2 hours go by and where do I find myself, waiting at a stoplight. Who pulls up?
China boy in his brand new Civic Si.
The guy looks over at me like I'm a reject, or even as to say, domestic??!? hahahaha.
And what does he do? Rev his engine....Can we say mistake?
Light turns green, and off he goes....I am neck and neck with him, throttle not even half way down...he starts pulling ahead of me, and I see him smirking and laugh, and what do I do?
I push the gas......buh bye.
I yelled CHINA real loug d as I passed his digital spedometer.....

LOL NICE! Something similar happened to me on weber today. Some guy with a riced out asuna was in front of me. He had rims, a 3 gauge stack on the drivers a pillar, and an aftermarket tach on the dash, as well as a huge fart can muffler. I go to pull by him not even trying to race, and he drops a gear to stop me, I keep it in third at about 50 and pull up beside him then when we are side by side a drop a gear to second and DESTROY him, at the next light he rolled up his windows and didn't even try to take off it was priceless! Good kill on the civic.
