You'll never regret it. Lots of rotating mass gone.

That's another thing! Theses PF01's weigh like 8lbs a piece less than my stock wheels.

What do they say. 1lb off a wheel is like ten off chassis.

Nice score. I've been wanting a set of those rims for years, can't say I'm not jealous.

Basically is because of the centrifugal force of a spinning wheel. I believe its more like 1 lb of mass loss is equivalent to 5 lbs of rotational mass removes once the proper equation is done. Trying to think of a easy way to show what i mean but its to early to think like that.

I googled and seems life everyone had a different theory. Guys have dyno'd better with lighter wheels. Less overall weight plus less rotational mass is just two great benefits.

Haha thanks. They're the only wheel in 5x110 that I really like. It's funny cause I say Saturday night in my build thread I'd like some PF01's but used ones never come up and new ones are out of the budget. Nick (574) texts me Sunday morning saying there's a used set on the cobalt Facebook page. I couldn't let them pass

Out of random I saw a post in there about PF01s...

I just bought a used set for $560 and drive 2 hours. It was an absolute steal. I just wanted to brag a little.

Carry on.

No I mean my car feels like it's all new with the changes.

Bang for the buck with the money I have invested I still couldn't come close to buying what I want.

I think I'm going to do my PF01's bronze. The black just blends in so much and you can't really see the wheel that well. And I've wanted bronze wheels in the worst way for a while now haha. I would love to powder coat them but I may have to go the cheaper plasti dip route for now. I did my valve cover in plasti dip making it bronze and it actually turned out really well. I have a pic of it in my build thread if you haven't seen it and wonder what it looks like.

Finally got around to blending out the curb rub on one of my new rims so I may pic up some paint this weekend and take care of that.
