Finally sent Gloria an email to see about a sway bar and air/oil separator. And got an oil change. Good day for the Balt.

Which supplier did you go with?

My local shop said he could get me 235/40/18 with the 180 treadware for $190 a tire mounted and balanced.

Me and a buddy are both about to order a set.

Found the same site. Might as well support local and not deal with shipping.

I've heard they have great warranty but they void it if you get tires that aren't OEM spec to the wheels.

Well looks like I may have fixed my water meth lol. Connected the solenoid wires wrong so the solenoid was always open defeating the purpose of the solenoid . So fixed the wiring went for a drive and it all worked as advertised. While doing the test drive on the charleswood parkway a WRX pulled up beside me and we went for it. he got the jump but i pulled him in. we talked at the next light and he said he just got it and it was all stock a 2011.

Also got my hydrosheild on. just in time for all these puddles and lakes.

I have also noticed a sound lately so i chased it down today and it looks like my exhaust pipe between the DP and cat back is loose. So got get that fixed asap. couldn't do it today so I will do it tomorrow. Any ways felt good to work on the car with the nicer weather.

This is not true, it is up to the discretion of the installer (or manager) if they install them. I'm sure they would say no to crazy stretched tires (as most shops would) but they have not said anything about 10-20mm wider for me.

"Standard Tire Installation
If you are purchasing a tire using an option other than the "search by vehicle option" you must make sure the tire you purchase is an authorized fitment for your vehicle. Costco will only install tires authorized for a specific vehicle. If you are unsure if your purchase is an authorized fitment, contact your local Costco Tire Centre for assistance. "

Actually when I purchased my RE71-R tires I was questioned if I was sure (due to low the tread wear). Then me and the guy talked about autocross and our cars (he had a WRX) lol

Guys on top tier stretch 195 tires on 10" rims lol.

But I found the thread where one person said they were "reluctant if not impossible" however he did not say how far from OEM size he went/wanted.
