uh oh new guy...
Hey people, I've been lurking around for a week or so and I'll be picking up an 06 SS/SC tomorrow. It's just going to be a daily driver but I wanted something with a fun factor to it as well, the styling really appealed to me as well as the interiors (I don't know why people say they have poor fit and finish, I was very happy when I looked inside)
While I would have preferred one with the G85 package with the LSD I'm buying cash outright so I found a good deal on the one I'm getting with 98k on it.
This is the SS
As I said this is my daily driver, my toy is a 96 Talon TSi with an entire Eclipse conversion putting down about 400whp but it's due for a turbo upgrade (Holset HX35) over the winter so those numbers will change dramatically

I've been all over the map as far as cars go, right from Dodge Omni's, type r's, foxbody mustangs, civics, and about 25 more that I won't bother listing lol...anyways thought I'd say hello

I should clarify, lol. The SRT is an amazing tuner platform, one of my good freinds just picked up an ACR about 2 weeks ago actually. I just didn't want one (first because we both have talons too...lol) and I knew I would mod the crap out of it with that turbo just sitting there screaming at me to up the boost haha. That's what the DSM is for.

I am yeah, though I go on so rarely I can't remember what my username or which ones I'm on...lol. I usually go with the name I use here but sometimes its taken so I may have had to choose another one.

I really only go on dsmtalk I've been there a long time so I know most ofthe people. Did you make it to the Dsm shootout? It was pretty sweet buschur had a dyno day 3 pulls for $50. Finally got to see what the car makes.
