Well, Stage II is in and.................

I LOVE IT. I hit a max boost of 105 Kpa well testing it with the Shop Foreman from Gateway Chev in Brampton. He did a great job on the install and monitored my car with the Tech II as I was driving it and everything was in spec. Now I am ordering a GMPP exhaust. Can't make up my mind between the Sport and Touring. Any input on that guys?

both sound good, sport is louder, touring has a lower tone. both have identical gains. It comes down to what u want ur exhaust to sounds like. I like touring myself.

05.. I got the sport, put it on this weekend. I love it, its fairly loud but not obnoxious at all. I have yet to hear the touring, dont know if its worth the extra money. Check to see if crateenginedepot.com in the vendors area still has the discount on. Great guys to deal with! but customs murdered me! LoL, still cheaper than through a dealer though.

How much did u pay for Stage II?

Sean I dont know if 140 is a good thing. Might be time for a new DP. Im hitting 120+ with a 2.8 and that seems a lil high. Installing 3" DP tonight and im expecting the PSI to drop. Just a thought man. Did u get any boost surge???

If you would have driven my car you'd think it was a factory freak. It was boosting 140 Kpa since day one and 2.9 gives me 120 Kpa. I don't get any boost surge at all and the car trapped almost 107 MPH so I think it runs pretty good, how can I argue that trap speed No doubt the car would benefit from a DP but I think the gains are minimal with the Stage tune and to me it's not worth it. It's at the point now that I won't change anything until something breaks so every so often for ***** and giggles I slap on the 2.7 for the street to hunt down STI's[/

KPA discussion

try that link. I was hitting about 89kpa stock but others got like 93kpa so that seems high according to the conversion.

I'm hitting 105kpa now just over 15 psi...just got stage II today. not suicidal fast but close lol.
