I hope to get either low and I mean low 14's or High 13's when I go out this year. Never went last year but i'll make up for it this year.

Ran a bunch of 14.1's last year with bent shift fork, hoping to get 13.999@100.00mph since I only got 99.6 mph last year also.
Would like to hit a 1.9x 60 ft also, but that we will have to see.
Looking forward to racing the stg.2 cobalts, good races.
Likely going to head up to edmonton this year to race Jmac88 if he's in for it once also.
I ran a 13.7@101 there in 2005 with 10whp less than I have now and street tires, so I'm hoping for a 13.5@103 or so this year.
See you boys out there...

err...those times are for the 5 speed coupe I had.

5000+ Density altitude is a HP killer---thats why I think a 16.6--- new car (4dr auto) is a bit of a dog up here

We should take a few runs together! I think we'd be pretty evenly matched.

I'm all for it. Close races are the most fun. We just have to make sure we get lined up right, as it was quite busy last year and alot more difficult to race who you wanted.
I look forward to racing lots of you guys.
A few lightly modded srt-4's, the new mustangs, and hopefully one or two of the new eclipses that always drive like crazy on the streets.
Maybe there will even be a few civic si's out for the unmodded cobalt ss/sc to pick on.

Did you ever got to edmonton Cody?

I'm sure he'll chime in, but I'm pretty sure he broke on the second try.
I raced him on his first pass with the slicks, and luckily for me, he bogged off the line.

broke an axle second pass lol

first pass i took real easy to see how much the slipcks would grab, and the grabbed hard so i bogged pretty bad, second pass i launched at 2300-2500 rpm trying to slip the clutch and she caught pretty hard on the drivers side tire and the slick combined with the Stage 4 6-puck clutch = snapped axle lol......

on the bogged run, i ran a low 14.1 .... even though i bogged, i was able to go WOT in 1st which before without slicks, i was never able to do...

I am planning on a 12.99 or a 14.2 depends if I get slicks and stage 2 axles.
