ur sig isnt very reassuring. tellin ppl if they cant afford a blown engine then not to come to u. so ur sayin ur gonna blow their motor?

 

he's not just a run of the mill tuner

 

hes basically telling people the risks of modding/tuning cars. Hes not going to blow the motors on purpose but at the same time, **** does happen. And if that **** does happen and u can afford to fix it, well you shouldnt have been ******* around with your car. He tuned my SS/SC with a TVS....he's never tuned a cobalt with a TVS before and he did a awesome job. Fixed all the issues my last tune had plus gave me some more power.

 

He is talking about "canned tunes" which is a file that he would send you and then you upload it to your car. This blows motors in some cases b/c he is not there to tune it for your car specifically

people who are scared of my sig, are people I dont want to tune.

quality of his work is second to none. not to mention he has been on this sight for a long time. (12500+ posts) people who know what they want get guys like him to tune thier cars. his results are excellent.

 

And he's gotten LNF help from me... And if he has any other questions he knows how to get ahold of me!

i dont think its crazy...i consider it a disclaimer kind of thing. Hes just covering his ass to make people aware of the risks. So if something does happen to there cars they cant blame him.

I don't... I am very selective about who I tune. Frankly if your to ignorant to understand that if you break it, you are on your own.

 

his tuning is keeping my 2.4 the fastest 2.4 in alberta... 2 years running now.

Its ok beast, i knew many people would think my sig strange, but its there to ward off anyone who doesnt really understand the risks involved in tuning.

I get alot of PMs for tuning, many of them from people who dont understand the risks. Alot of them can barely afford their payments, let alone the costs of a blown motor.
Id just as soon only tune people who know what can possibly happen, and arent going to be completely screwed if the worst should occur.

 

I will vouch for this guy. He is incredible. Steve makes sure you understand all the risks. However I have yet to see a car of his go bad (knock on wood). In Alberta here all of the cars he tunes are the fastest, I have yet to see someone do a better job.

 

I have heard that he does awesome work

He has been on this site for a while and use to post very help info. Like most of the people like himself got tired of the **** that went on here and said **** it. I have only read good responses on his tuning and nothing else. You would be crazy not to let him tune you.
