Haha yea it's been pretty quiet lately. I'm doing good except I think I am developing a small leak from the oil cooler, has that happened to any of you guys?

Never heard of an oil cooler leak. I would think the O rings would last a long time if the cooler was never pulled. Mine lasted 225k and looked pretty good when i pulled it

I'm currently away at work, but I did some searching online and I think it may just be a small leak from the oil pressure switch. It's just a small drip or it has just started as there was only a very small oil stain around the switch and where the oil cooler connects to the engine. Ordered a new ac delve pressure sensor for $16, hope it solves the problem. How have you been Jon? Get the car out a few more times with the nice weather we had the other week?

Jon- you should put your car back to stock, or stockish, and revel in how slow it is...

it might be fun.

he took it apart, and decided he's done with this scene;
he selling it to the highest bidder to buy a Kia Sorrento for it's versatility, and super warranty.

I heard he was getting one of those Nissan leafs because they are friendly to the environment and had a 0-60 that he was more comfortable with.

that might be...

it's been a while since I saw him last;
I think I read a review that puts those Nissans in the same catagory as an old VW, or Chevette;
0-60mph = sometimes

Funny story- many years ago when I had a 76 firebird formula ( wish I still had it) my sister borrowed it leaving me her Chevy spectrum 3cyl. I pulled out in traffic on a 55mph highway in her car and thought I was at 1/2 throttle. Realizing I was to the floor I started apologizing to people behind me, and it took about 1 full mile to get to 60mph. I would rather drive a moped.

ha-ha!

I actually stole that from an 'Audio Adrenaline' track entitled "Chevette";

A '76 Formula huh?
350/400?
auto/stick?

I might be a sucker for old Firebirds - especially the single headlight cars, and early Formulas...
Interestinly the '75-76 Formulas values are still a little soft - there are deals to be had on them...
Just saying
