I have been racing at SIR in Stoon for years with meth, they just never found it. This year as soon as I popped my hood the guy crawled over my engine until he found my meth line. Then proceeded to literally pull the 2012 rule book out of his back pocket and show me the area he had highlighted in advance about fuel systems. Because meth is a fuel system and as such has to adhere the the same rules and standards as your gas fuel system. I laughed in his face and left.

1) use your washer bottle as your source
2) do a better job of hiding it

The best part was how he informed me of how I shouldn't "band-aid" my car with meth and should just run C-16 instead. I replied "of course, because it makes sense that every time I want to race at SIR I should 1) Swap the pulley on my SC to run LESS boost so my AIT's stay down. 2) Flash a completely different tune on the ECU 3) Drop my tank, drain all my gas and fill it with $5L race gas. Ya that seems worthwhile to run down the shittiest 1/4 in all of north america.

It never ceases to astound me how some people are so completely retarded...

I suspect you're doing like me then - taking half the day off!
which reminds me... I've been meaning to look into hotels.

According to expedia, based on single ocupancy, for the night of the 29th, the four cheapest options are:
Would any in this group who's driving from out of town be interested in staying at the same spot?
Crap, I'd even be game for splitting room fees with someone... I mean often you can get a room with two queens for the same price as a single queen.
(only downside is I'm told I snore.)
I make habit of staying away from Super 8's...
I have had decent luck with Travelodge's, and Econo Lodge's - but they're REALLY basic...
I've found the nicest places (while still being remotely reasonable) are Hampton Inn's, or Holiday Inn Express's ~ with that being said;
...and if you hadn't guessed it, I'm totally not driving back afterwards - I am not a great night driver, and kinda value getting home safely over saving some money.
- Edmonton International Airport/Leduc Travelodge Suites: $80 (3.4/5 stars)
- Days Inn Edmonton Airport: $88 (3.5/5 stars)
- Argyll Plaza Hotel Edmonton: $89 (3.5/5 stars); 25 km away in Edmonton
- Econo Lodge Edmonton: $95 (no reviews); 21 km away in Edmonton

If no one expresses interest in staying at the same place, I think I might just stay here;
Google Maps
oh, this is stupid - the pool closes at 10pm
EDIT:
maybe I'll just save the $20, and stay at the cheapest option expedia gave me...

Did you happen to send a request to join the FB group?
(there are a couple requests we've received that I think were from this thread)
What Will said... I started looking last night;
I'd prefer to borrow (I think I found someone to lend me one!) - but made this add last night just incase;
Wanted: full faced bike helmet - Calgary Sports Goods For Sale - Kijiji Calgary Canada.
I think I'm really lucking out too... I think I found a free place to stay the night!!
