Yes turboing is a very good thing for your car. Maybe not for speeding tickets but you will figure that out.
lol yeah i already got two tickets :@ and im pretty sure this will not help at all.
i also had a question think it would be a good idea to go with GM's aftermarket parts ? or go with other AM places like AEM , HKS w.e. just exples.

If you bought the extended warranty or just want to keep your manufacturer's warranty, then GM products are your way to go even though there are less expensive ways to get the same or better results.
hey welcome, nice to see another 2.4L join the ranks. there's a few of us on here that work at gm dealership's, myself included. and ya definetly break your car in properly or you'll regret it later on. i didn't really start pushing mine till about 7,000km's then i went nuts with anyone that would race me lol.
haha awomse i work a Northland GMC im the Used Car Lot Manager i gas them up and clean them woot sooo boring.
yeah im thinking of breaking mine in till about 6,000kms - 7,000kms and by then ill have some mods done to the car and wont have to run a stock build.
lol in the car manual it say break in point is 800kms :P

Welcome.
We are always having meets. Stay tuned to the regional and you are bound to here about one. Or you can go to Race city and you are bound to run into some of us. Or pretty much any given Saturday there is a meet at the Timmies on Barlow trail SE. We normally meet up with the SRT-4's and shoot the ****. We are normally parked in the SW corner of the parking lot. Remember though. Keep it at the track and off the streets.
P.S. There are a few guys that work at **** that own Cobalts.
awsome! so yeah for sure im going to be going down sat nights then. i usually go to the street races down on 61st of pegian trail or w.e. its called / spelled. (timmies down there)
yeah for sure i really dont need to get any tickets or get into an accedent only time im ever going to race is a Secret Streets on fridays. plus i can race till i break in my car so yeah. :P
yeah! they all park together about i think 5 of them or something i park with them too . its like the cobalt area only lol
