Maybe you can make it out the week after, it'll take you that long to get to Calgary from New Jersey anyways.

Hopefully nobody comes because of the game, so we can get a ton of runs in to sort out the cars for this year. That said, hope to see a few more cobalts out there.
Maybe some that I can beat...

I'll be there. THe bad weather is being pushed back so it looks like its a go. And yeah--I bet it will be quiet because of the game. Suits me--I hate those busy nights!

Just drive throught the first set of gate and pay. $5 to spectate and $25 to race. You need a helmet to race. If you do not have one they rent them.

You must have a drivers liscense/registration and insurance.

Your car will go through a tech inspection. On a new car that is stock its a quick process.

I saw a yellow ss/sc pull in, but didn't race.
It was a good night, Cody did better than I thought he would by about 1/10th.
We had 2 races, one legit, other crap.
14.138@99.29 for me
14.621@100.81 for him
He got his 100mph sticker!!!
Congrats!!!
Nice to meet you guys, tons of srt-4's out there.
I think cody got a best of 14.4.

Yeah it was a blast!!!!

My 3 best runs were:

14.405 @ 99.27 MPH
14.578 @ 99.68 MPH
14.621 @ 100.81 MPH

Not bad for 3500FT of elevation and my first time out I guess.
Its addicting, I need to work on my 60ft time, i was everywhere from 2.4 sec to 2.7 sec. Never consistant.

The headwind was over 25km/h.
The air was good for 5100ft above sea-level.
Our race would have been...
Cody's time would be a 13.65@107 at sea-level
Mine was a 13.19@106

Cody's best would be a 13.44@106
This is so you guys know what we are up against here.
His car is really fast.

Thanks for coming out Cody, more of you guys should come, it's really fun.
Way more fun than the street.

Not if your car is slow! I was so pissed. You did awesome though, glad to see you break 100mph. I did enjoy beating you for the first 100 feet though

My car was rolling forward after I staged--wtf? I have to have one foot one the clutch and one on the gas---and apparently one on the brake!! So that did not help.

I only have a few things I was midly please at:

0.19 r/t and 0.052

best 60 ft to date 2.45 but I only did that once (its all most impossible to hold rpm constant)

Best mph 85.71

But I was off my best e/t by 0.2

I was really hoping for better. When I first raced I had a little over 2,000kms on the car.
Now I have over 12,000. I swithced to synthetic trans and engine oil. Between those 2 things I was hoping for a new best.

Maybe the air was bad? Who knows. But I hate FWD!! Damn wheel hop!! if I try to get aggressive. I had an 86 Mustang (2.73/5 speed/22/60/15) and cut consistent 2.1 sec 60 ft times)

So here are some pics. Nice to meet you guys too! It was fun racing another SS.

I have to get into the high 15's (thats uncorrected) I suppose my CAI and ECM tune MIGHT
get me there....I hope!

And I have video Jekyl--don't know how to post it--119mb

Chris--do you know Calgarys air was 5100 ft yesterday?

If it was, according to the correction factor

http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/misc/altitude.html

I ran a 15.3@@ 91mph.
