hey guys, this is mainly directed at the local guys around Halifax....
Has anyone else noticed lately that there are a bunch of 2.0T Jetta sedans rolling around thinking they are King ****? man, everywhere I go I come across one or two that are showing off, squeaking their BOV's at me, and generally making asses of themselves.

Just yesterday I was driving along the 102 outbound in the left hand lane, and as I was coming up to the Kearny lake exit I signaled that I was moving into the right lane (wanted to take the kearny exit). I was passing a jetta sedan with a paper tag in the window, and this guy decided to floor it to keep me from getting in the right lane. I had to waste some precious gas to get ahead of him for my exit!

anyways, excuse the rant, they have just been everywhere lately pissing me off! trying to egg me on to race ect. Just wanted to vent. its 3:30 AM and work is slow right now

 

haha theres a few of them out here. i think most of them think im driving a LSJ because they smirk when they see me and then i take off enough for them to hear a turbo spool a bit and they stop smirking...

today i was driving my wifes spectra since the car seat is in it and it was a family outing to the new apartment to sign the lease, anyway, so my wife LOVES gti's and jettas (before they looked like ****, the BRAND new jettas look sexy though) so there was a decent older style sexy blue r32 gti that was "semi-flush" and my wife was looking at the car and the guy gets cocky and floors it with the ricer flyby finish... at that point i wish i was driving my car but whatever.

 

heh yeah its just stupid how they have been acting lately. Most of the guys around here who have GTI's are at least civil when crusing around. it just annoys me when some punk jackass, with a shocker sticker on the rear window thinks he own's the road. One of the latest incidents involved one of these dumbasses getting mad at me for "GASP" going the speed limit on a city street!! he was riding my ass, and letting his asthmatic BOV sneeze at me repeatedly. finally, after he couldn't take it anymore, he pulls out and passes me, cutting off a guy in a silverado in the process. this was just before a red light, and mr. silverado gets beside him and they exchange words. as the light goes green, the little douchebag flips off the truck and TRIES to pull away as it turns out, the truck had a little more cahones than the jetta, and stays right beside him with the driver waiving

they are just everywhere lately. there are a few R32 guys around here who are pretty cool, and their cars sound like SEX!!

 

yeah i know a few vdub guys around here and theyre cool as hell but theres always those jackasses in a given group that give said group a bad name... balts have the same people hahahaha whatever im not that *******

 

its true there are always a few out there. gave a nod to a guy in a TC that was passing me last week just to be friendly. he shot me a dirty look and gave me a ricer flyby. I was like

 

haha gyro i;ve run into a few of these guys.. they can never keep up but they try :P yesterday i met a CSRT4. we played a bit and i stopped to chat with him.

 

The vdub world has some sexy cars in it, but at the same time, n matter what they do they are still slow, VDub ways sooo much, but ill kill to get my hands on a MRK2 Golf!!!

 

R32....perhaps the best hatch back ever made. 3.2L v6 awd.......I want one!

 

was behind one of those blue r32s yesterday... stanced as fu(k! sounded real nice and looked real nice. no room to play though. most vdubs around here are real clean until u get into (no offence) mexican town where theres tons of ghetto jettas, and of course the crappy ricer ones are the only ones that really wanna play. play? i want a RACE!
My buddy used to have a 2.o 98 jetta with 118 hp and im not joking! more
he knew it was nothing special he just needed a car, but we raced in my old 3.1L monte carlo (which is ridiculously slow) and id pass him like he wasnt racing

they are sweet! and as already mentioned, they sound infuggincredible! I can respect someone with a clean car, but these asshats who fly around in their heavy ass jetta's pissing everyone around them off just annoys me. and no offense to any member of this site who has a shocker sticker on their car but i would say 3/4 of the time I see one, the driver is being a douche!

 

ding ding we haz wiener! i mean look at honda guys.. i know alot of cool ones but about the other 80% ones are gaysos honda ***, i mean fanboys
