the sackville honda kids, are the reason why i'm trying to distance myself from the local tuner scene

too many $2000 civics with heavy $1000 rims and $1000 subs. trying to talk to them about engines is....to be kind....frustrating.

It's bad up at this end too, (pictou county) every kid has a civic with yellow fogs, or a black hood and thinks it's "dope" sad part is, I used to be into the honda thing a lon time ago..and trying to talk to them about their own engines is like beating your head off a brick wall. And look out for the kids who bought a SI...it's just a step below a Ferrari according to them..and it hits vtec HARD...yo

 

the ratio is prettty bad, of actual car enthusiast to ricer in the honda culture. Ive only met two honda owners locally who knew what they were talking about (as evident of what they drive)

s2000, with nothing but suspension (not lowered), brakes and tires mods, he liked doing the cabot trail :P

and a boosted 1700 lbs 80's CRX.


I feel your pain rofl, over the top honda ricers are the reason why i hate the tuner culture. cant wait til i get my spoiler deleted!

Yah we traded it in for a 2010 Subaru wrx something easier on gas for now . It's a nice little car fun to drive still like my cobalt better tho.

 

Another one of my car. Summer plans are MPx catback exhaust and window tint. Would also like to paint the wheels and brakes and do a black retrofit. Not for sure if any of those are going to happen or not though. That plus existing mods will pretty much wrap up what I want to do for this car.

That's the plan, hopefully should have my **** in order after summer. Not going to spend another penny on this, well until something breaks

 

Where actually not ganna race the wrx still ganna race the cobalt it's faster and there is a stage clutch compared to a stock clutch that will cost a arm and a leg cause its Subaru hah

Hey Cobalt_Daddy! im sportin 2 car seats in mine and those pennies you talk about usually get spent on her "important things" just trying to figure out how to convince her I need HPtuner to fix the car!!!!

 

i have a car seat in mine. the guys at the track love that mod haha

i have a balance where if i buy myself something for the car i spend the same amount on her. it works for us.
