Hey Mike, I left a msg for you in the winter mods thread. Ya I kept the cobalt. The value dropped way too much for me to even think about trading it in. I picked up a couple other projects that I put on the back burner so now I am back to cobalt. Almost finished rebuilding the front end with new parts. I only work a few kms from work now so its no longer a highway beast.

 

Looks like a twincharge project in mind huh :P

 

Hey cole, Check out one of the auto traders I saw one in there a few weeks ago it was a smashed TC

 

There's a red one in Truro I think, a TC cobalt

 

Vance Haines had a red supercharged but its gone now I think its Maritime that has the red tc

I wish..lol maybe next year if I can get all the parts. I am starting to collect now and would also like a spare L61 for the "just in case" moments. I am going to have to build up the motor anyway.

 

yep maritime has it there selling as a rebuild and want too much for it like 9000

Maritime auto salvage in Truro minor front end damage tc for 7500 I think.

 

minor my ass....lol, needs a fender, 2 front wheels, front bumper, headlight, air bags, all emblems if u want em, side skirt, windshield, and that's cosmetic dunno if anything in bent under the outside parts or not

 

Ya judging by the pics on the red tc. It needs quite a bit of work. headlights+brackets, front bumper cover+bumper rebar+bumper support, Side skirt, rad support, inner fender, hood, fender, 1 wheel+by the looks of it the wheel was pushed back pretty far so whatever damage to the drivetrain on that side. Plus anything else that was listed above. Too much for me really. If they'd part it out though I'd be interested. I am going to call them anyway and find out.

 

If they part it out let me know.
