Could, but if theres a day or so where its taking a while to do something the post goes back and i dont feel like searching lol
anyways heres the pics after today.

Dan Stopped by while i was ripping the front bumper off, then around 6 Justin showed up and from 6-10 we worked on removing the full kit, and the exhaust. ran into some tricky plugs on them O2 Sensors and the Wideband, but we got them all off.
Gonna Work on it some more tomorrow hopefully get the turbo manifold, and turbo in, and maybe some of the cold side charge pipe ran.

Anyone interested in a 2.5" Pacesetter cat back exhaust let me know, i will be selling mine soon once i have made my 3" one.

Last thanks Justing for helping out tonight, well needed help!

i hate birthdays lol

well what do you know...
ran into a minor set back that makes me wait till tomorrow to bolt the turbo and manifold onto the block.
when bolting the turbo to the manifold i fount that 2 of the bolts i had would not work, sense most turbo manifold come with the studs and you bolt the trubo on the studs and bang your done, but with this one you bolt the trubo to the manifold, so tomorrow im gonna have to take a 3rd trip to transwold and get 2 M25X1" studs and hex nuts.
but hers the update i did so far today.
i rotatedthe hot side today so that the oil feed is facing up, and the oil return is facing down.
then rotated the cold side so that the charge pipe outlet is facing to go up over the block mounted the Exhaust discharge plate and made the gasket with the gasket sealer, installed the oil restrictor, and the oil drain adaptor, relocated the waste gate and set the fitting on that.
later tonight im going to take a look and see what i have for steel and make mounting brakets for the intercooler.
Tomorrow im hoping to get some oil lines and bulkhead, and then tuesday when EI pays me i am going to buy my 2.5" hot side charge pipe, and my 3" cold side charge pipe, and my intake pipe, depending on how much help i have mount them and weld them to place, and bring them home to be finished welded and sanded smooth and paint them 8867 ultra silver.

heres some pics:

ugh! if its not one thing its another!
today i went to transworld for some m10x35 studs and hex nuts for my turbo to mount it to the manifold, well what do yiou know they never had nothing they sent me to Nova Automotive. i get there the guys like i have none as short as you need, so i get them bring them home and cut them to how ever long i needed them.
i go to the car and get ready to take the old mani off, 1st thing was the strut bar was in the way, had to take that off, then i couldnt get one of the heat sheld bolts out so i had to bend it all to **** so i could serch for the 10 nuts that hold the manifold to the block. finnaly after like 3 hours i get the mani off and then temp to take the old exhaust gasket off, and yea sure enough it gets hooked up and my hand slips and slice! i cut my middle finger wide open and its covered in WD-40 lol and not having no first aid kit or anything so i use the 1st thing i seen to stop the blleding black electrical tape lol at about 6, Roger shows up to help me out we try to get the frost plug out of the back of the block with nio luck, broke one bit and the stripped the plug! then we said **** it and tried to mount the turbo anyways and guess what! passanger side axel in the damn way! so now i gotta buy a few sockets and remove that damn axel.
gonna work on it wens if anyone wants to help out.

off topic, but I locked myself out of my car tonight lol. I was at the carwash, vaccuming the interior, and I accidentally hit the lock button on the door with my elbow.... but didn't think anything of it. I left my keys in the cupholder and as soon as I closed the door, I heard the lock. thank god I gave my dad a spare set.... lol

its already tuned for 10 PSI
with the 2007 2.2 they have i think whats called a E16 PCM and HP Tuners will nt support it, so the only tunes you can do are the LS1 Edit, and the Terifica Tune from Vince, he has tuned MANY cobalts so i got the tuner last year in the summer, tuned the car, everything seems to be running good for turbo, sense its running rich right now.
tight fit yea, but the thing is, people have GT30's on theirs lol and thats hella bigger then mine

are you putting anything bigger inside the engine to make it handle the extra amount of power?

ever think about getting it dyno tuned afterwards? I know a place up here in moncton that dyno tunes but it cost 499 but he tunes it properly off the dyno with the best possible HP #'s best fuel mileage and and well everything best. he just takes your mods adds it into his expensive computer system puts the car onto the dyno and run's the test
