So I ordered up some new all seasons for the summer driving time and to work throughout spring/fall as well. I settled on 4 continental ExtremeContact DWS tires with 4 Focal F10 wheels, and got them mounted and balanced by tirerack.com at no additional charge. Upon receiving the packages and checking the packing slip and invoices, I found to my delight they included all the centering rings (which came preinstalled on the wheels already) and 16 lug nuts (4x100 bolt pattern) along with a lug installation tool since the pattern of the lug nuts isn't ordinary, which is nice since it helps prevent theft of the wheels while parked.

I have to say I was blown away by how quickly they shipped them out. I ordered them on a Friday morning at 11:16 AM EST, an hour later at 12:27 PM EST I did a live chat to add 4 tire totes to the order, and had received an email that they were shipped the SAME DAY at 4:22 PM. They were able to get the order assembled, mounted and hunter road force balanced pretty quickly.

The shipping was with UPS to canada and for once was rather seamless. I got them the following Tuesday. UPS had some issues with finding the order (they were unsure if it was on a truck or at the warehouse when I called to ask - It said it was at warehouse with tracking and I wanted to pick them up myself instead of waiting an extra day) but I did get them exactly when tirerack estimated.

They were packaged extremely well. Each tire was packaged with cardboard surrounding the rims on each side and the tread exposed, but that won t matter for shipping anyways. Not a single scratch or ding was to be found on the rims.

The day after installing the rims, they were loose on a test drive so I had to retighten them. I lost the key for the lugs after i retightened them, and called up tirerack customer service to ask for help describing the item and to see if I might find one locally. After the order was pulled up, the agent immediately offered to send out a replacement lug installation tool, free of charge! I did not even need to pay for shipping! that is AMAZING service and will DEFINITELY keep me coming back for years to come. Between the high level of quality service and the excellent pricing, I will be a lifetime customer. Thanks again tirerack!:twothumbs
