This past Friday I had Rockenbach Chevrolet install the GMS1 kit with their harness kit for my 2010 SS. I spoke with Greg from CED and he set up everything, confirmed the appointment the Wednesday before ( I was driving about 500 miles round trip ) and I got in and out in about 2 hours with no problems whatsoever. Everyone at the dealership was kind and curtious, and their parts department (CED) even sold me some new Pedders springs at a great price while I was there.

Bottom Line:
Rockenbach Chevrolet has customer service, employee passion for their products, and a level of knowledge that every dealer should aspire to.

Crate Engine Depot has great prices and everyone I spoke with was passionate about their cars and the products they sell.

Tom is wonderful to deal with - prompt at replying, and seems to strive to keep good communication going.

CED FTW! I've done business with CED multiple times and frankly, they kick ass! Haha. Quick replies to questions and concerns and lighting fast shipping. Not to mention overall great prices. Two thumbs up for Tom and CED!

I work for a Gm dealer, and they still sold me parts lower than what I can get at cost. One of my shipments had missing parts, and they sent them out right away.

heh, it's much more fun to just cruise up there and pick stuff up in person. Tom always has something cool around to look at, like a shelf full of Pedders, or spare sets of Recaros.

CED and Rokenbach is great. I drove up there and got my ss/tc cluster and my ss/tc struts and shocks. a week later drove back up there to get my ignition coil fixed. fixed under warranty and very nice guys all around. i drive 30-40 out of my way to go to them when the dealership i bought the car from is 5-10 minutes away

ive delt with CED two times.

1 was for ordering wheel spacers,i talked to tom over the phone (had some questions in which he answered for me) was easy to talk to,no problems what so ever.

2 was this week when i ordered GMS1. ordered it monday night 3-5 and the next day,something screwy was going on with their computers so Greg (i believe was his name) called me,got all my info down with me and repeated back everything i told him to make sure everything was correct. he answered all my questions i had about the kit. no problems what so ever.


i order stuff ALL the time for work and id say half the time,**** is messed up and something was missing but with CED (even though it was only 2 orders ive purchased from CED) they have been spot on both times.
