i only got one thing to say on this. To josh and all other vendors that support this platform, please don't let one person stop you from helping and making new products for us. Regardless of the time it takes to get our product, i'm sure most of us appreciate the services you provide. Me personally have had no problems with ottp so far and i will continue to buy things from him. Btw, his cab's are a nice upgrade over stock.

Most of us know about the Powell and Ottp situation. Still doesn't fix the fact that you can't order off of Powell's website and his prices are higher. Not knocking Powell at all, and I thank him for his r&d and quality products, but he would get more business with a working website.

This isnt the first issue a member has had with ottp, if you've been here long enough you'll remember a few. That said ottp kinda reminds me of zzp back in the day when they were having customer service issues as a growing company. They managed to figure out how to solve those issues, so maybe ottp can but almost every time a thread like this ends up on here it could have been prevented by better c/s, even if op is crazy
