OTTP customer service?
Has anyone have done any business with OTTP lately?
I contacted them before I did my purchase, quick response.
Did my purchase and now I don't get any responses
Bought stage axles, DSS. I called DSS directly, said is about 5 weeks for cobalts. So it should be done by now or almost done.
Still no answer from them after emailing.
Transaction went on July 28.
I'm about to cancel the order and/or dispute the charge.

Message them on Facebook unfortunately hes not a vendor here so I doubt you will get help.

to what I've seen is they are at times hard to reach but they always come thru

am I missing something or what? if the transaction was july 28 and they said 5 weeks then its gonna be another couple weeks?

He can be slow to respond. Facebook he responds pretty quick from what I've seen. He is hit and miss.

Josh you should remove that customer contact form on the site. It seems to go to nowhere, where I have always gotten a fast response on Facebook.
