Ordered a set of rack spacers and shifter bushings....nothing that should take this long.

Ordered them on January 1st, they didnt ship out until yesterday. Does it really take 8 days to ship something that takes 2 seconds to grab and pack. First time I've ever ordered from OTTP and it'll be my last. I'll stick with ZZP.

Same experience here. NEVER again. Still worse, they just blatantly LIE. I ordered a rear sway bar and never received even an acknowledgment of the order. I contacted them in a few days - took 2-days to get ahold of them by phone. They said parts were in powdercoating and would ship in a few days. A MONTH later, I still hadn't received the bar and I told them either give me a shipping confirmation number or return my money. They promised me a reduced price. A couple of weeks AFTER that, I received the product. I asked them about the partial refund and they claimed that was store credit only. Yeah right, like I'll do THAT again!! Gimmie a break.

Really though I hope you get your parts, as a side note though just buy Powell's better rear swaybar and stop with the OTTP junk.

A week is forever? I've been waiting nearly a month and a half for a cold air intake. Label has been made yet no shipping. Its pretty hit and miss with OTTP. I've had things ship the next day and things take over a month.

Andrew he does make some quality parts. Though I wouldn't buy his mounts.

Just him screwing Powell, I wouldn't give him my business over (John has to be one of the best guys for the platform and definitely the nicest to deal with, how many vendors install parts in their garage and you have their number to text over questions and for different parts). There are many other parts out there that are the same as his but a bit better, even if that means it costs more I am be okay with that. Really though what part does he sell you can't get elsewhere and normally better. BPS has short shifters cheaper and at least the same if not better. I wouldn't toutch his rear swaybars and run Powell's on my car. ZZP makes a better albeit pricier long tube header. Rotated mounts without any R&D because their a copy. A heat exchanger that is slightly larger than what others sell.

BTW if you want a set of steering rack spacers I have a set you can have for $10 shipped, though I might need them bit with YYZ springs you aren't low enough to need them.

Few local buddies and I haven't had problems really. Friend just ordered the new STS from them and got it a few days later. We are local and an hour away tho.

There are a few reasons why your order took so long. It was a holiday of course, we were closed the rest of that week also. When we close things get back logged and take a little longer to get out the next week. The reason your order was delayed is because you used a $10 discount code which didn't apply to your products you ordered. We tried to contact you about this but never heard back so after a few days I decided to just let the order go out. We also didn't have a UPS or USPS pickup the 6th or 7th because of weather.

Kendall, I am sorry if there was a communication error about the method of discount. I believe you were offered $50, I will make it $75 of store credit because of our poor service. I didn't hear any complaints about the sway bar quality so we must have done an ok job there?

I've got a cold air intake on order that is now 35 days old and hasn't shipped yet. Sorry I won't go through all the bull again. Numerous phone calls and lies. Not a hater but damn, I run a small business and that kind of service can't exist if you want to last.

Those are made to order so mabe it's talking longer to build it. I would have just gotten 1 of the others lol not saying the ottp intake isn't good but I doubt it has that much of a edge to wait weeks for it. Just saying. If you were in a hurry to get 1 idk lol

I've got a few things from ottp in the last 2 months. I live in CA the other side of the country damn near and mabe takes a week with packages.
