I would like to give another wonderful shout out to CrateEngineDepot. I don't think I've ever seen a negative review. Their customer service is beyond that of most Companies. It is 10:20pm on Saturday and Tom is still replying to my e-mails. I haven't even gotten the order but I doubt I'll have any complaints. I will continue to use them as my OEM replacement "go-to" people. Keep up the amazing work guys!

I asked for a trex playing basketball to be drawn on the box of my exhaust when I ordered. No trex was drawn -1 to this vendor.
lol im jk about the -1 but yeah i had placed order from gmpartsdirect and it had been a month already and no exhaust. placed order with CED and bam not even 2 weeks and I have my exhaust that was backordered. it wouldve been fun to have trex on box...lol

a few months back in Oct 12' - I ordered the intake flange from CED, but not realizing (senior moment - lol) the flange was for the 2.2 and i was looking for a 2.0 (LNF) at the time.. got the flange in 4 days, and I sent Tom an email about the mix up and he was happy to take care of it..

I do know someone asked for a
face the box and we were able to do that one. I await your next order for and for one trex request.

I agree with everyone too. If they don't have the part in stock, chances are they will have it in their hands in a day or two and will have it to your doorstep almost as quickly! Items always take a few weeks to a few months to get shipped to where I live, however anytime I have ordered anything from Tom, it reaches me in record time. I always go with Tom and recommend CED to friends & family because they are a fantastic group of people and their customer service is surpased by no one. We need more companies who think and act like CED, and more people as friendly and nice as Tom.
