2005 Pontiac GTO (low miles, PBM, M6)
I'm the second owner of this phantom black metallic, 6.0 liter LS2 engine GTO with a T-56 6 speed manual transmission. Bought the car February of 2014 with 37k miles and completely stock, currently sitting at just under 54k. It's making 432whp and 398wtq and tuned by Horsepower Addicts in Saint Georges, Delaware.
Modifications:
Vararam air intake
Ported LS2 throttle body
Ported LS2 intake manifold
Brian Tooley Racing Stage 3 cam Specs: 231/242 .617"/.592" 112+2
BTR .660 valve springs with titanium retainers
Melling oil pump installed with cam
OBX longtube headers with catless midpipes
Bassani exhaust
MSD 2-step aka launch control
CTS-V brake conversion. These are massive 6 piston front calipers and 4 piston rears that stop the 4,300lb CTS-V from 60 in under 110 feet. The GTO weighs in at around 550 pounds less.
McLeod RST twin disk clutch (installed 1k miles ago in September of 2017)
Tick master cylinder
GForce1320 1 piece aluminum driveshaft
GForce1320 differential mount
B&M short shifter
Whiteline adjustable rear sway bar
Whiteline polyurethane radius rod bushings
Whiteline polyurethane strut mount bushings
Hinson polyurethane transmission mount
King HHD lowering springs
Koni Yellow adjustable shocks and struts
VMR 18x8.5 wheels up front and 18x9.5 in the rear
Hankook Ventus V12 tires with around 7k miles on them, 235/40r18 up front and 275/35r18 in the rear
Spoiler delete (I still have the OEM spoiler that will go with the car)
5% tint all around
Morimoto 5500k HID low beams
Mavman Carbon 3000k HID fog lights
2006 GTO taillights
Probably forgetting a few things as well.
The car does have typical GTO issues. The rear seat stitching has busted at a seam by the headrest on the drivers side and the rear quarter window trim shows wear. This isn't a quiet, comfortable car. The suspension is stiff, the driveshaft will clunk, and the twin disk has typical twin disc noises between 1000-2000 rpms. That said, this is a fun car. Very flat torque curve, surprisingly little body roll for a heavier car, and brakes that really do their job. Overall the car is very well rounded.

My first car was a 66 GTO. When the manufacturers were bringing back old muscle cars I could not have been more disappointing in this body. There was no resemblance to any GTO. They never grew on me.
