Just wanted to publicly thank Tom and let everyone know about CEDs awesome customer service


Back Story:
Bought a ZZP downpipe and when i went to install it I found the bolts holding the DP to the resistor were rusted on, so at that point i deiced to get a Cat-back exhaust
search around and fell in love with the sound of the GMPP performance exhaust
went on the CED site and only one cat-back was listed so i emailed Tom to find out how to choose the correct one, told me GM no longer makes the touring so there was no choosing

Ordered the exhaust on 9/30
Received the package on Wed 10/5
was looking threw the box late Thursday (10/6) and realized the needed hardware was not in the box, so i emailed Tom right away (7:33 PM EST)
Friday I received an Email back from Tom @ 12:03PM EST with a tracking number for the hardware that he shipped out that morning
Hardware arrived wed 10/12
Installed Sat 10/15


TL;DR TOM @ CED is awesome!
hardware didn't come with original packaging and he shipped them out next day

You always here the horror stores of customer service and never the good stuff so i just wanted the good to be heard!
