Ok. It's hard to really give advice on here. Because it's all driver feel.

I usually launch my car at ~2500 on street tires and is hooks pretty well.(prior to TVS). Best 60' I had was 2.1 with a 13.7@104 trap.

Like I said, it's just going to take practice.

you are just all over the place. Not even close to driving that car to it's potential. you should be over 80mph in the 1/8th and over 100mph in the quarter.

launch softly. Let it bog down since you don't really know what you are doing. Just launch at like 1500, don't floor it, but quickly push the gas pedal all the way down, then just shift as fast as possible.

Well even doing a soft launch i eased into it. When i put my foot down i got wheel hop just from gassin it on a roll. the 1 to 2 shift seemed great then 2 to 3 seemed weak. I guess it kinda seems like the clutch isn't just grabbing and going. Guess its all practice i need. Thanks for the hard numbers so i can kind of tell where to be and somewhat see what area is getting shafted.
