so yall May not be impressed but im super excited.

My first couple of kills! after only being able to run In the mid 10s, I lined up against one of those turbo mazdas. got him pretty good with a 10.15 run.

also out ran some diesel truck. cant remember what it was, maybe a chevy. my time of 10.16.

the time slip machine was broken tonight so im sorry but no proof. flame away for that. maybe I got lucjy and someone got videos of me.


Ok and now for the whole reason i made this thread::

I dumbed up and lined up against one of those nice fox body mustangs with slicks on it. we ran twice. the first timw down, we both ran 10.13

the second time, I finally broke into 9s!!!!! Im so happy, youll never understand. I ran a 9.93. when we parked the driver looked at me with a funny grin and asked if my car had a blower :-). respect for my car was earned tonight at my track finally.

^^yeah I know. their boards got hit by lightning and one time tower got hit by a car so its gone period. hopefully they will get their machine fixed for next week. they have a big shootout Saturday too.

Its cool, closest here till Charlotte opened was Rockingham, I love it there. Nothing like being able to go back to back to back on runs if you want.

yeah theres always a good turn out but never a big wait. there was a civic hatch there who sat and watched forever, then as I was getting the kids to leave, he started running. then as I got my kids in the car he asked to run me lol.

I miss them days, my last time I was running the balt, there was a small group of guys. Two civics, an accord and a scion tc. They were all trying to act badass. My first run ended up against the tC. I wasnt going for it, just getting a feel so he ripped me off the line and I saw him in the mirror grinning and that grin go away as I pulled hard on him and blew past lol. Next time I just left him standing there. My g/f said they were talking crap about my balt till then and then got cool. Still did not try to talk to me though and the honda's avoided me

lol nice man. there was some ricer accord with an h22 sticker there. I think he may have been the guy that did a ricer flyby on me that time. but he acted like he wanted to run, so I went. he didnt want a round two :-(

The better you get at 1/8 the better you'll be when you find a 1/4 anyway. There''s no substitute for making laps, be they 1/8 or 1/4.
