Well I finally went to the track on Friday night and raced my car. First time ever going to the track, all I have to say is I had a blast!

Well the best I ran was 14.9 at 97mph with a 2.4 60ft . It was my first time racing at the strip .

My uncle ran a 14.7 at 96mph with a 2.3 60ft . he's a better driver. , on this run we let my car cool down for 1 hour, and ice on the supercharger , so I think it helped a lot.


Car is stock WITHOUT limited slip, and on factory dry rotted hard tires that are at wear bars, so they were horrible with traction. I personally think with new tires , I can run 14.5s, cause I was spinning threw 2nd on every run.


Ill post my time slips tomorrow , just incase someone doesn't believe my ''super fast time'' lol

I wish mine wouldnt break everytime I went to the strip. and now when I get my car back with the 4.45s I doubt ill run it lol

Thanks man, ya I was a little worried about the trans that's in the car lol. Makes all types of noises, and doesn't go into first gear correctly, but after 8 runs, I think it shifts even better lol

beat it into submission! lol even the bearings on my lsd are now brand new but I dont trust it now. even with the 4.45s and a stage 4 clutch.

Track over here closes at the end of the month. So I think im good. I don't see it running better then 14.7 without better tires, the factory tires are garbage.

This winter if I have time, my tranny will be getting new gears, and lsd, and maybe a stage 2 kit.

sorry to the local guys for no invite . I literally got off work at 6pm. Uncle called me up saying hes racing his truck, and asked if i wanted to go. This wasn't planned, and i didn't even have time to give my car a quick wash.

Not bad at all. My first time out back when it was stock I ran a 14.8 @99.7 with a 2.4 60' on some garbage Nexen N3000's. I'm amazed you are still on the factory tires in 2014!!

Yeah, 14.717 @ 101.37 is what I ran. What did he run exactly?

He ran a 14.752 at 97mph. I ran 14.900 at 97.8 mph.
