Track Friday night

Can anyone help me out with some tips on launching the lnf. This will be my second time at the track, my first time yielded 60fts around 2.45 and 2.5. Tire pressure was at 25psi and launching around 1500 and 2000rpm. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. And will be on street tires(falken 235/40/18)

Well the biggest thing i found when i went to the track for my first time is not to dump the clutch. Let it out slow while squeezing into the gas

well< i hadnt drove on the track in a few years, but the quickest the car has been on the tune is a 13.6 with a 2.3 60ft. But i do know people with the same mods have been 12.7 with the same mods and on street tires

ive tried it on the track as well as the street, it just spins its ass off whether u dump it or even go light on the throttle. Because when boost kicks in, all hell breaks lose and boils the front tires

From what i hear the turbo is slightly hard to launch that a supercharged one.

I usually pull 2.0 60'ft pretty easy with just feathering the clutch out at about 2k.

Trial and error my friend keep at it i would say you should be able to get lower than that since i am doing that in my SC. Current best was a 13.6@102.81.

Car is actually getting on the dyno today before i mod it more so maybe i am just making way less power and can get off the line easier.

Best of luck tonight.

Thanks man. Ive seen people do 13.8 just on stock alone without any mods, so i know driver mod is in desperate need. Because i have raced people on the road from a roll who have had way quicker times than me in the 1/4 mile. Which i won those races
