went to thet track
because i recently just the did the swap and havent finalized tune or anything? this tires i have had for a while and didnt have need for any better tires when i was S/C.. i took the car out for the hell of it i was bored and decided to try it out. didnt have time to pick up the drs from my friends house so yeah. lol im not complaining just saying.
Even with DR's Somtimes I couldn't get better than a 2.3. My best was 2.0 with DR's. Now I'm onto cheater slicks, maybe you should think about the same. New clutch would probably be first though.
whats good for a 15inch rim maxim? i found some that will fit on top of my brakes. will find out FOR SURE soon

Hoosier quick time pro's are said to be the best cheater slick. Those allow you to run in a DOT class and are close to a real slick but can't be driven on the street. As far as a true slick you have quite a lot of choices M&H, Mickey t's, and Hoosiers are some good choices to go with but you can read reviews to get more specific.
Personally I like to run a 26" tall tire because that's as big as you can really fit in the fender well. And, when you run a tall tire you can leave the car in third gear to about 118.5 @7400. If you go to a smaller tire your going to need to make a shift @ the end. Some may say that the smaller tires gear reducing effect may make up for the extra shift; I don't think so.
