clutch pedal feel?

I threw a lsj upgrade clutch in my ss about two weeks ago. it works great and all, but the last few days my clutch pedal feels odd. Clutch starts grabbing right after you start releasing from the floor, and I find you can't feel it releasing as firmly as before. The clutch itself grabs great, it's just the feel of the pedal that feels weak. I bled it a few times when i put it in, and I tried the vac procedure last night to pull air out of the system. I'm wondering how normal this is? I searched my ass off last night and it seems like a lot of complaints, and no good fixes. I've also seen the zzp adjustable rod. I'll prolly order one, but not sure if it'll help the pedal feel any. I checked tonight, my stock push rod appears ok so far. I'll prolly bleed it again tomorrow night and see how it goes.

Any solid advice or tried and trued methods would be helpful. I'd love to get the feel back and enjoy my car again :S

Figured I'd give an update, clutch seems to be getting better(I did re-bleed it with a pressure bleeder), I'm gonna give it another week or two, then I'll install my zzp adjustable rod just so I can get the release point a little higher. I may just be getting used to it though.

Forget the ZZP rod, once you get all the air out you won't need it. I ran one for a while and it wasn't worth all the effort putting it in and I ended up breaking the master cyl. rod socket getting the old rod out.

Drive it a while, manually bleed it from the fitting on top of the clutch housing and it'll be fine. There is still air trapped in the slave or clutch pipe I bet.

My clutch grabbed right off the floor when I first started driving on it. Now i'm at 300 miles on it and the pedal is starting to come back to normal.

I think I will give it a little more time and see if it comes up more. I'll bleed it again then, then see if I want the rod or not. I hear the rod can be a pain, but we'll see I guess.
