So awhile back i had bought the Cosmo Racing SRI for my saturn, good looking piece, no issues, and fair inexpensive in comparison..

bringing me to my question, i found out they have a STS for the SS/TC and i was wondering if anyone used it? it is canadian if that helps anyone know what i'm talking about

Couple of observations :

*The item pictured in the car is a sts from a 2.2 or a 2.4, look at the diameter of the shifter hole, its too small to be a ss/tc or sc for that matter

*From their top pciture, it appears that the shifter wont be that sort as its counter ls/ss/na part

Good observation about the hole being smaller then the SC version, didnt catch that on the first look, but under the pic they have this:
"*Only fit on Cobalt SS/TC Turbocharged 08-10 2.0L Manual transmission; Can NOT fit on SS/NA 2.4L and LS/LT models."
Dont know how they could install it in an ss/na or ls/lt if they say it can NOT fit

It wasnt worth it to me. Billet Pro Shop (BPS) is having a sale and the SS/SC & TC STS is $159.99 shipped while the base model Cobalts STS is $119.99 shipped.

I bought one instantly and there are a TON of great reviews on theirs.

edit - you need the Tc one. http://www.billetproshop.com/store/p...Short-Shifter/
