3. The LNF TOB, is the Upgraded TOB, we only carry the LNF TOB, so we only sell the upgraded one.

Is this a combo option? cant find on your page. do you have a link?

We carry the KY clutch kits and the option for a Slave/TOB. Anything else would have to be purchased from a local GM dealer.

Two questions, would a lightweight flywheel not be recommended on my 2.4? I would like to use one being NA but if it's not recommended with this clutch I won't do it. Also would breaking in the stage 2 clutch NA be a bad idea with only around 200hp then later going turbo?

Use the stock style flywheel.

Break in would be idea with it being N/A and then going turbo, it will help the break in process, so you are not as likely to abuse it :)

Any reason why to keep the stock flywheel? Just wondering

Easier to drive, and cheaper than an aluminum aftermarket one.

By all means we can sell you a Fidanza if you want one.

Here is a more (key on) Of why not to go with a lightweight. If the car is a dd, the crankshaft will have a easier rotational mas since there is less weight. So therefore the car will hold its revs longer and may pop up a po336 because the crank sensor. If the car isnt a dd it is better to go with a lighter flywheel because itll hold its revs so when racing its easier shifting. But they do cause issues wiothin the ecotecs for dds!

Thanks for the info guys. I've heard good things about fidenzas in cobalts but I'll trust your judgement. Will be ordering a ky stage 2 soon

TurboTechRacing 08-20-2012 12:55 PM

If you are going for high and fast reving, you may want a fidanza, but you will have a bit harder time using during daily driving (starts)

Ok. So my '08 SS/TC is shifting rougher, and it's harder to get into 1st and 2nd gear. Off the back, i'm thinking new clutch. If I do replace the clutch, I want to replace the flywheel also. Is it better to just get a new aluminum flywheel or just resurface the one i have? Can I get a PM on a clutch? I'm not modded yet, but I do plan on throwing things like an intercooler, full exhaust, CAI, BPV, etc... simple upgrades. My SS/TC is my DD also so I will be going thru Mickey D's n encountering traffic.

1. Go to your local GM Dealer or (CED) and get a new stock flywheel. These are best
2. Get a KY Stage 3 clutch, best price is on our site.

Anything else let us know.
