need a new clutch, couple different questions

I bought an 06 ss/sc and eventually going to need a clutch replaced. It is slightly slipping cruising on and off the throttle and when under high boost it seems to slip a bit then grabs, in any gear.
I've been searching the last few hoursand can't find much info on this clutch setup from Exedy, comes even with flywheel and throw out bearing. http://www.ebay.com/itm/151705851373 is this a better clutch than stock? If not, I'm going to go with a resurfaced flywheel and the GMPP clutch.
I don't plan on any mods guys, just my daily driver and weekend cruise car with the kids. Oh, and current mileage is 65,xxx.

I dont have any experience with exedy but the gmpp clutch is great. A lot of ppl on here use it for their zfr or bullseye and they hold up great. Since your stock you shouldnt have any durability problems. Pedal feels great. Engages lower and firmer than stock.

I was leaning towards the GMPP anyway. Is there a definite answer as to resurfacing the flywheel, can it be done or is a new flywheel needed?

I've heard of people doing it but I've also heard of not a lot of room to work with the flywheel when resurfacing it. If you go to the right person I'm sure it could be done but I myself feel like it's a little risky just because you want the clutch to break in correctly and not have any problems with that new clutch you're getting. The flywheel surface has to be clean and even for it to break in properly.

The flywheel can be resurfaced and shimmed if there is enough material left. I had mine resurfaced and its fine, but i only did it because money was tight. If u have the cash, get a new one.
