The only reason I can really think of why you'd want the tuner at the dyno is if you were shooting for an actual number which is silly but somebody may want.

I had always been tunned locally, so they were always available.

So far only 3 of my customers and myself have gone to the dyno which ducks cause I've tuned a bunch of k04r guys but my point is that with all the info we can get from scanning our car you dont need to get dyno tuned to get great numbers. All of the runs done were very close to each other, other than Nathan cause after his 1st pull he got some heat soak cause he runs **** fuel and 1000cc+ meth on top to try and make up for it. Even tho he still hit his numbers but both our cars hit more boost and run cooler on Tha streetz

yup. just something im learning, dyno isn't always necessary, hell. you don't even have to be in the same zip code, area code, or even postal code?! lol

You can add more timing or boost on a dyno and see if it's worth it if you've got the cash for the dyno time

OP nice numbers, gotta love the e47 and with that boost ramp it probably pulls decent to redline

Dyno tuning is nice when you're trying to determine if the extra timing is providing more power, combine it with a good egt gauge (and an correctly setup dyno that includes proper airflow for the rad/intercooler) you can get more power through the entire range. Now granted the LNF we have a pretty good idea were the max power sits for WOT timing

Oh yeah when we first started it pulled hard but died off at ~4500 rpms, after the timing changes it pulls like a mother fer all the way to red line. My buddy I took him for a ride and his explanation was he prolly won't be able to pass the dollar bill on the dash test haha

No I stop at 23* timing. I've never seen knock up top on any of my E tunes but I've only ran one up to 24* I personally like 23*
