dyno'ed this weekend. stock lsj with only DP.
this past weekend i got my car dyno'ed.
as a lot of you know GM rated these at 205 at the crank. i collected a lot of heat soak in the first 2 runs.
i was driving it like half an hour and went straight on the dyno. on my 3rd run i let it cool down for like 10 min and made 232 WHP and 205 WTQ
i was pretty surprised.
just a little more proof of how underrated these cars are.

i think those were the corrected numbers, it was at race lab on a dyno jet, he told me he had all the info of the elevation, humidity, etc already plugged in and this was to the wheels.

ohh ok, i didnt understand what corrected mean then.
well honestly i was a bit surprised. but they dyno a BUNCH of cars there, most ppl leave happy and are ok with the results. my friend has a turbo LSJ running hahn kit with a s20g turbo on 18 psi
and did like 330-340 WHP. i mean, just something to compare it to. i hope its accurate lol.

MMM a little but not really. It is a very safe tune with no meth and no corn. I could pull more out of it with E, meth, or just a more aggressive tune. The horsepower is still increasing when the engine hits rev limiter (7200 rpm) so valve springs and balance shafts to allow me to rev higher would pull some more ponies out of it too.
