so. um, after all this work you still only made slightly more power than an m62, and about the same torque
goddamnit people stop wasting money, if you want power go turbo. if not, keep the stock blower.

are you serious!? No freaking way. stupid comment.
great job steve. why did you stop at 6.5k? it was only about to get better up there in the powerband!

Also, i guess the LS4 TB made a difference.

he is serious .. he made 296 on stock blower probably 4 years before you even owned a cobalt

while his gains from before we significant 06black has probably forgotten more then you know about this platform

Well, congratulation on the 296 stock blower, very impressive. Im sure he knows more than me about this platform, but we have to give some credit to steve's project for going against all wills.

sure, we all know a simple turbo can net you queen numbers, everybody does, some peolple are just different!

Those numbers are great considering they would be in the 320-330s on almost any other dyno out there.

Before anyone rips this thread, they should do their homework...

https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/dyno...s-fact-230350/

Steve. You should make some overlays that include your M62 numbers.

Well for all out numbers yea turbo is the way to go, But for people that want to be different this isnt a bad way to go! Yes you have made sick number's and are legendary on here but still give prop's Where it is due, This is another option that net's Good number's Vs price to get there! Once he get's This knock bug figured out it will get pushed even farther! Cause we all know just porting a head wont magically make knock vanish, And once he can take it past 6.5K it will be a diff story! even if he is overspinning the blower, How many M62's Have been over spun and even the fabled TVS? Alot more than what's posted on here! Lol And the fact that IAT's Are really low confirms to me it's Worth it! How many M62's Running 24PSI safe? NOt very many and the ones that are have a bigger mod list! the same goes for the TVS which is alot more expensive! To each there own i guess! NO DISRESPECT IS MEANT! just MY .2 cents

Btw side note let's get down on forza! LOL!

Good job Steve! I knew you could do it!

When you PnP the head and run some RG to fully get rid of the knock then you will be making the perfect amount of power for this platform.. 325-350whp is the sweet spot before overpowering the car.

Your car has got to be FUN to drive with that trq curve and smooth hp that just keeps climbing!!!

Again, good job Steve!

It really is a blast

Going to be introducing and dyno ing euthanasia new lower Mani.

I dunno why but at 6660, even on the m62 I knock my car is strange...
