Question 07 cobalt speedometer head instrument cluster gauges panel

My 2007 Chevy Cobalt SS speedometer, tachometer and fuel gauges change to a different location every time the car is turned on. One time they will be good, the next they will be off by 5 MPH or more. Is there a way to fix this problem?
Thanks for your help.

Sounds like a wiring issue. Try checking and making sure all the grounds from your harness have good contact. The check the fuse for the instrument cluster. Couldn't tell you without looking at the car in person.
