Audio wiring/resistance/all that jazz
I have been doing my homework on resistance/impedance and all that jazz, but apparently i can't wrap my head around it while i'm at work. Maybe somebody here has a solid answer.
I have a dual voice coil 4 ohm sub that i want to hook up to my 2 channel amp (temporarily), wired down to 2 ohms... hopefully that's coming out the right way. looking at parallel/series, and bridged/non-bridged, anybody have suggestions on how that wiring would look?

I figured it would be simple, i just didn't have the math worked out so i couldn't tell the load to the amp and didn't want to over-push it.

Yeah, i wanted an answer quick and remembered Emp was a stereo guy so i PM'd him too. Which, got the replacement amp by the way. Rockford t600-2, definitely sounds better.
