Cheapest way of getting decent high beam hid
After doing a bit of research, my hid kit with low beam hid and high beam halogen is incapable of an usable high beam. Also am blinding others with hid in halogen reflector. What is the cheapest, decent quality retrofit with good hid high beam?
I may just get some silverstars and use my ballasts to hid my foglights. All I would need is harness and bulb. What is a good source for these?
