Electrical Issues with Headunit

I have a 2007 Cobalt SS/SC and I was gettin some work done to it a few weeks ago. I got my car back last week and my radio doesnt work anymore and I dont kno why. I checked every possible fuse "I think" and all of the fuses I checked (Hood and Passenger Side Fuse boxes) seemed to be ok. I took the radio out and disconnected both harnesses and I started to test for power on the harness the carries power to the unit. I checked the Red and Black power wires and I'm gettin 0.01 DC voltage. I find that to be weird seein that I checked the fuses and none were blown. And I also tried to power up the radio with 12VDC and that didnt help at all. Tried disconnecting the battery and then reconnecting and still nothing changed. Anyone hhave an idea of what might be happening? Is there a particular fuse that sends power to the radio? Cause I dont have a clue what to do next. I'm in the Bahamas so please to tell me to check my local GM Dealer

damn no idea man. factory HU is controlled with data hence why you wont get anything on the acc wire. it wont be red thou. its purple (gm doesnt follow any standard aftermarket colors)
