help help help

alright i just got a double din dvd player brand new from ebay (i know first mistake) ive finally finished the wiring harness but when i instert a CD/DVD into the drive, it does not want to accept?? its like it is sealed off or something? any ideas?

might be a packing screw on top maybe?

where exactly are these transport screws? and how do i take them out?

its an innovatek din650ts

the manual is a POS

and there is no cd in the player; the player is fresh out of the box
