alright i just got a double din dvd player brand new from ebay (i know first mistake) ive finally finished the wiring harness but when i instert a CD/DVD into the drive, it does not want to accept?? its like it is sealed off or something? any ideas?

might be a packing screw on top maybe?

 

where exactly are these transport screws? and how do i take them out?

 

Which one did you buy? It would be helpful to know what we are trying to figure out.

 

My first advice with anything like this....

Read the manual.

 

Is there maybe a CD already loaded ? (I would be suprised, but just guessing)

 

its an innovatek din650ts

the manual is a POS

and there is no cd in the player; the player is fresh out of the box

 

i think the problem is EBAY

 

Will any disc go in? Does it go in and then spit it out? or just not go in?

 

no disc goes in, its like its sealed or something *shrugs*

 

Does the thing power on??

 

everything works except for this CD crisis

theres a screw some where in there thats why its not in there read your manual
