I just installed my new pioneer stereo in my car today and have done all the proper wiring. I even did the brake tie in instead of the bypass. When I turn the car on it gives me the traction assist is on and the brake light is on. No reason for them being on either. Can anyone help?

Yes. I have a 2010 cobalt LT2 with the pioneer sound system. So I got the gmos-LAN-04. It has the amp output whereas the 03 harness doesn't.

odd. maybe it was pinned wrong or the bake wire you ran is pinching? or you tapped the wrong brake wire?

Try disconnecting the radio harness leaving the brake wire connected and see if it continues
