Parking Lamps and turn signal

I just got a 2005 cobalt today so I don't know much about them. The front parking lights do not come on. The driver side turn signal doesn't work at all but the passenger side will flash with 4 ways and turn signal. I've replaced both bulbs and nothing new happened. What could cause this problem? And how could I fix it?

And I checked the park lamp fuse. It was not blown.

drl fuse?

DRL fuse or relay.
Broken turn signal switch.
Broken wire.

My car doesn't have drl. All fuses are okay. Turn signal switch isn't broke because all signals but front driver side work. I'm thinking it might just be a bad connection somewhere.

Head light bulb harness.
Happened to a buddy of mine as well.
