XM radio.. please help

Hey guys...

I'm new to this whole steering wheel controls and XM radio...

But I'm looking for a CD player head unit that takes up the whole space of our stock radio. Which is pretty big.

Ive seen a few Clarion units that I like. I'm looking for NAV/DVD/WMA/IPod and all that good stuff. But the only problem I keep running into is that none of these players are XM radio compatible. They are all Sirius radio. I thought XM and Sirius were the same thing, but the guy at Crutchfield said they were different.

So do you any of you guys have sweet players that are XM compatible? I know you have to get the adapter for XM and the steering wheel controls. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

^^ What he said, to be perfectly honest I can't remember the last time I saw any headunit that would only take one service provider. The last I can recall is Kenwoods a few years ago that were only Sirius.
