Speaker Amp Mounting Location

I am looking for a good place to mount a new amp I bought for my door speakers and rear deck speakers

Not really. You kinda ruin the ability to store things with the seats folded down.

Depending on the size of your amp you could go in the tire/ battery well.

The seats are a 60/40 Split. I've had my 4 Channel mounted there for over 5 years and it doesn't get in the way period.

Ok well some people use their cars as daily drivers and it wouldn't work for me.

Depends on how big it is, I would put it between the rear speakers under the deck lid if it would fit, otherwise Id put it on the back of one of the rear seats to one side. That's where mine was when I had a sub in my ls and I hauled a lot of stuff with the seats folded that shouldn't have been stuffed into a 2dr cobalt.
