Toy's have arrived...

So i'm redoing my sound system from stock to much nicer.

Here are my toys...

Components: Pioneer C720PRS 6.75"



Component Amplifier:


8" Subwoofer


Subwoofer Amplifier:



Crossover: Coustic 3 Way Crossover


Hopefully being installed sometime this week/weekend

you will prolly need more power than that amp will deliver. I am running my prs's active with 110rms and feel like they need quite a bit more power. I ran them before off my memphis 3004 bridged, 230 rms and then they would sing

those small fosgate dsms are pretty potent thou. I forgot the last one we benched but it was something like 100w or so

They are WAY WAY under-rated. Ask any old-school audiohead and they will tell you.

100 watts rms will be plenty for those speakers. Any more then that they just get too loud for my listening desire.

I will eventually upgrade, but to start with that's what I have. I will run them passive with 100watts rms to each crossover, then after they break in i will get a bigger amp and go active
