FCOTM Submission thread December 2018
 

Hey guys I know this was brought up a few times within the last few months so let get it going again!

Voting will be sometime in late December and will last for ~2-3 days. Winner will be posted on the front page shortly after that!

Winner gets a free cobaltss.net sticker (must message me after winning with name & address!) a month on the front page, and that fancy-pantsy badge by your name! That said, you don't have to win to post your car up! We need more players!

PLEASE READ ALL THE RULES. PEOPLE WHO DO NOT FOLLOW THEM WILL NOT BE IN THE VOTING.

How to Submit your Cobalt for the Featured Car contest:

1. Make a NEW thread in the "Featured Car Showcase" section with the following Information:
(If you have already created a submission page there is no need to keep creating a new thread every month, you may use the same one)

Descriptive Thread Title: ie: Johnny’s Featured Car Submission
Name: John Doe
Location: Ohio
Car Info: Car Year, Make, Model, Trim:
Stock Options: XM, onStar ......
Modifications: (you may divide them in categories if you wish to do so. ie Exterior, Interior, Performance, hella flush stickers...
Future plans: whatever plans
Other info: (ie: shows won….)
Display up to 10 quality and well deserving images following all the text above
1 Video is allowed

2. Follow the Contest Rules:

- You must be the owner of the car you are submitting.
- All images posted should be hosted in our gallery to assure all members and visitors can see them. (If they can't see your car, how can they vote for you?)
- 10 images max. Please take the time to take good pics.
- Place 1 picture that you would like to use if you win at the top of your submission page BEFORE any of the text.
- If you do not know how to post pictures click here, How To Post Pictures.
- One submission per person per month
- Past winners may enter again after 12 months from the original winning date.
- No external links
- You will NOT be up for voting if you do not have a link to your thread in that months thread.
- You will NOT be up for voting if you get banned.
- Disqualification and permanent banning from the website for creating multiple accounts for voting needs, per the website rules for creating multiple accounts.

If you did not win in the past, please feel free to re-submit your ride. (You may reuse the same thread that you have submitted.) New and better pics will help you out, so don’t be afraid to get creative with your camera and the location.

Well seems like winter and holiday season didnt let people run I will close the thread for now and we will be working on some stuff to make it more interesting to run

I just didn't submit anything because I put mine back to stock.

I did not get any when I won

Prob cuz lame-o riceburner was running it

I got lots of stickers and a lanyard when I won. Of I remember correctly speed limit was the one sending the stuff

Probably not last time I tried to launch it again we had no traffic

I remember back in the day when we would have tons of submissions each month. I wish this would get back going again!

If we get enough interest I can start it for sure. Just need to mess with it again on my end to do it, I kinda forgot how lol

I tried several times back in the day and then when everyone left we stopped doing it. Now I don't have it anymore. I think you all should try it again.

If I have the cash to do some modding this year maybe I'll submit for one.

Honestly modding the car wont make you win. Most of the time people vote for clean cars with good quality pictures

I have that easily, minus some tiny rock chips.
