made 430Whp today on 24 pounds. 16* mid, 20* up top. 5th injector installed and the car kept losing fuel pressure. did some more street tuning after dyno tuning and was able to get it up to 26 psi so it may be making a bit more power. Really wish we could figure out how to get a lot more out of the 5th injector so I could push for 500 horse.

Damn fuel pressure issues. I know the struggle, just a slightly different fueling struggle. Still seems like decent power for the issues you are having. What type of dyno was it on?

A dynojet.

When I dyno'd there full bolt ons stock turbo I made 316/359. So I had a decent baseline. when I first turbo swapped I made 336whp. Then I went E47 a little later on along with some other additional bolt ons and dyno'd at an awd dyno and made 391whp/361wtq with 106* shop temps and the stock clutch slip. Now back at the dynojet on less psi I made 430whp (24 psi, 16* mid, 20* high). Didn't get a torque. For some reason they can't ever seem to get a tack signal, frustrating but whatever I suppose.

I'll be getting either the Aem E85 fuel pump from ZZP or a wally. maybe up the 60 to an 80 for the 5th and then get ahold of mongo for his new machined fuel lobe intake cam. then hit the rollers again with aggressive timing in the spring, or at the big spring dyno day we have here I may just run it on c16 and hope I can maybe hit the 500 mark at 30-33 psi with aggressive timing. either way someday I'd hope to go for an s259et kit.

It's still a whole different beast than before my build. spinning at over 100 mph is rather exciting as you already know lol. First time I've ever experienced a speed rush in the drivers seat and my girlfriend for the first time ever even admitted it was "fast". she said she definitely got the light headed speed rush and I even saw her get nervous on a 3rd gear pull yesterday and she's never gotten a speed rush in it before lol.

Plus after it made 430 on 24 psi we went out and street tuned it a bit more and threw another gallon of 93 in to make it an even E47 (filled up with 5 gallons E85/4 gallons 93 before dyno tuning) and were able to get it up to 26 psi and definitely noticed a power increase with just those 2 psi so I'm sure had we put it back on the rollers it would have produced a bit more as well. Overall I'm not disappointed for now.
