Exhaust manifold bolt torque specs

I have a repair manual that shows that 112 inch lbs are all that is required to torque the bolts down on the exhaust manifold, that's not really that right at all. I have a 2008 t/c and I am doing a turbo replacement right now, I just think it require more torque than just 10 foot pounds?

That's what the GM service manual says as well. I haven't had any leaks. I also tightened in the correct sequence.

Do you think the torque specs are too low?

no you are fine.

You don't want to over tighten or you will have a bad day. Stick with what the book says.

It's the GM service manual. I was going to say ebay, but the prices there seem sketchy. CED has them for less. If you do try ebay, there should be three volumes.
