Oil all over the back of my car

So I've been having a problem with the car running rich lately, and was told to switch out the 1st o2 sensor. I started doing that yesterday, and had a hell of a time getting to it, so I took the downpipe off the turbo and tried again. No luck, so I started to remove the charge pipe so I could take the turbo off, but decided to hold off until I get my other car back. So I put everything back together and head out that night. I thought I saw some smoke coming out the back, but it was dark and hard to tell, so I ended up back at home again. I went out earlier today and a buddy pointed out that there was something all over the back of my car. We looked closer and it looked like oil.

I'm thinking that the turbo needs to be replaced, and the oil is leaking past the seals in it. That would be one reason the oil is coming out the exhaust. I'll try to get some pics tomorrow, but figured I'd see what others think so far.

You know for sure it's coming out the exhaust and not just a leak underneath your car?

have someone sit behind you car give it a few revs. you should be able to smell if its burning oil if not see it aswell. if its coming from the exhaust that turbo needs to be gone through no questions asked.

this is a turbo lsj right. check to make sure the crankcase has plenty of ventilation. while it is ideling if it blows smoke at idle take the oil cap off for about 10 mins if it goes away there is to much crankcase pressure. i just had this problem my breather filter on the valve cover was clogged with oil. so i drilled and tapped the oil cap and now have two breather filters and no more smoke
